When I woke up this morning, the ground was all white! The sun came out and took most of it away, thank goodness. And with the sun came daddy, he was up so late on call last night (he worked on an anterior transthorasic T10 discectonomy...and yes he is over my shoulder telling me how to spell all of that----that's for you grampa so you'll know exactly what's going on) so seeing as he didn't get home until 3:00am (that's the translation) and then up at rounds for 8:00am, we got him home at lunch as he came for a snooze.
Then we celebrated colds, fatigue, and the warm weather by getting fun drinks (I can down juice in under 30 seconds, gulp gulp gulp) and driving through puddles.
Puddles by definition are small bodies of water. Puddles by Landcruiser daddy definitions are where the roads are washed out and you drive around the 'road closed' sign and through the ripples to the other side, and mommy hangs on to all the handles provided.
We also had the privilege of informing Auntie Stephanie and Uncle Jonathan that they are having a girl. They asked for opinions, so that's what we came up with.
This is a really short blog tonight, but we all want a nice sleep.
Hope everyone is doing well, I know grammie and grampa can't access the blog right now, thanks for your emails all the same, it's so nice even hearing your are staying in from the weather, or where you are visiting.
Love the day to day catch ups.
Much love
Benjamin
